Refund policy:   

Live on-line Virtual Training courses: 7-day money-back guarantee after course begins.

One-year membership hub: 30 Day money-back guarantee after purchase. 

Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your request to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Monthly group laser coaching sessions with Liz Wool and/or our Virtual Training Whiz! team. We request members (you) to submit questions 24 hours ahead of scheduled session - members may be chosen to get their questions answered up front with Liz Wool and/or the team.
